The only bad thing was talking to a representative on what location to drop it off I was on hold a long time and the call got dropped twice on your end I was calling from a land line.

Miles R.When I paid for my rental with cash, I was told to pay a deposit also . No problem. When I returned, I was told that my deposit would be sent in the mail by uhaul! So, I have to wait for my deposit and inconvenienced to cash it at my bank.

Anna W.Better direction on what to do for after hours drop offs. If there hadn't already been another truck dropped off in the lot adjacent to the locked lot of the premises, we wouldnt have known where to leave the truck. Additionally, a text or email with info about nearby gas stations that can accommodate a large vehicle would have saved us time and hassle. The drop off was not clean smooth or stress free.

Monica at Springerville, AZ location (American Paint & Body) provided excellent service with the rental contract, explaining options, and even help with attaching & detaching 6'x12' trailer. Great experience; will use & recommend this location in the future.
SCOTT C.Needs better internet connection. Not the fault of the shop, it is what it is in that area. People friendly. If Uhaul could provide it for them that would help. I recommend Starliink. I also recommend that 'someone' go east and collect some of the 26' trucks to bring back west. I apparently ordered the only one left in all of AZ that isn't broken down... but it was... I got a 20' plus a trailer instead, it was all they had left. Some of my stuff didn't fit, I had to leave it behind. If I had a 26' plus a trailer it would have been better.

ThT location, Avery's Chuckwagon, apparently stopped being a Uhaul location several months ago, but is still in Uhaul's system, which i didn't know until I pulled in to return the truck. I had to drive around town to find someplace to return the truck.

Larry R. C.My rental truck broke down. The trailer I rented at the same time was unable to perform the work I specified and was unusable. It also had bald tires and the U Haul rep apologized but I am currently still being charged for it PLUS the trailer I had to also rent to do the work intended to begin with.

We had to drive a very long distance and it was so very easy to do a difficult task without having to deal with faulty equipment or unfriendly employees. Thank you Brian, you're the best.

Alan R.Went to drop off vehicle at the drop off time, but the facility was closed, I left the keys in the drop box. Called and left a message that I did not have a paper contract, that it was sent to my phone when I picked the truck up. That was the reason a copy of the rental agreement was not placed in the drop box with the keys. I asked for them to call me, as I had some information concerning the truck. (the turn signal was sometimes not working), and also I wanted to make sure everything I needed to do was done. They never called.
