Get a new cashier that doesnt seem twacked out honestly and ask personal offensive questions like "is your son autisic". That was outright rude and wouldve enacted a harsh response if we didnt need the uhaul truck that badly. Im talking about the older gentleman. The woman there was nice and not a complete donkey

It took me over an hour just to get the key was the worst experience with Uhaul I have ever had will never use that location again
Deborah BThe clerk on duty was great. However, I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in this convenience store for the owner to “approve” the rental. The clerk has to call or text for approval and apparently he didn’t have a phone signal. They need a better system.
Wesley AThe gas tank amount was registered incorrectly. I took a picture of my gas gauge and it was clearly more than when I checked it back in. Still I was charged for two gallons of gas. I would like that charge removed. I will provide the picture if necessary.
Darin Myou had scheduled my reservation for a location close to my house for pickup. the day before you sent me to a location 45 minutes farther away. they did not have a reservation for me when I arrived. had a trailer that I needed and let me take it. I have to return it to them which was again 45 minutes farther away from the original reservation.
