Rick D.There was no instructions on how to drip off the trailer when I picked it up and I was told to drop it off at the wrong location. Not Impressed! Very Poor Drop Off Instructions!
dale C.Use on-shore, English as a first language reservation service. Reservation was made for one location and you changed it to another city without my approval adding time and mileage. Then refused to change it from an in-town to a one-way rental. Your customer service hung up on me and was completely inflexible. Will not use U-Haul again unless it's my last option.
