The only thing I dislike about the service. I thought when I made a online purchase for a truck. I thought it was a $50 and y'all charge me a $100 for 6 hours. I'm very disappointed with the purchase.

They didn't help with unhooking the trailer. Went in the store and they told me literally to drive around back and drop it off. This was the whole interaction. No help at all. I unhooked and lifted it off the truck hitch with no one in sight. WTH!!! Customer service sucked. I will never recommend this place.
Jonan F.The area around the drop off zone was trashed. Garbage was strewn about. The pavement in the parking lot was very cracked and not well maintained at all. The worker inside the gas station was friendly and helpful.

Doyal B.App was difficult to use as there was a technical issue. Person inside said that we had to use it and that was extent of his assistance. It is a gas station and you are dropping off around back so not really inviting but I knew going in where I was dropping off so not an issue. If someone needed a place in the area to drop off, then this is the closest for where we live.
