you had scheduled my reservation for a location close to my house for pickup. the day before you sent me to a location 45 minutes farther away. they did not have a reservation for me when I arrived. had a trailer that I needed and let me take it. I have to return it to them which was again 45 minutes farther away from the original reservation.

The young man who helped me was so very nice. He was a joy to work with.
Donna NMake sure equipment that is rented is in excellent condition. We had to have both tires replaced and delayed our arrival time probably by a couple hours. Very sad. We should receive some kind of discount or refund with all the trouble we had occur during our move. ☹️
David FWe pulled up to the address and the sign said it was a Marathon Gas station. No Uhaul signs. The cashier that took the keys said she would get it checked in and we would receive an emailed receipt. We returned the truck on Fri at 3:30pm. I received an email on Sunday stating the truck has not been returned. I called the drop off phone number from the contract and the number wouldn't go thru. Monday I called 1-800-uhaul and was told they would reach out to the area supervisor to get it checked in. It was not checked in until 9:30pm on Monday. I was also charged an extra day fee as if we returned it on Sunday. This location fell short of the basic expectations. Do not recommend.
BRIAN PLocation place is not a mobile brand gas station. U haul web Address to pickup point is not accurate. If you would not know area , would not be accurate for yourself.
