Cab and back of vehicle was dirty. Had to sweep out dirt, screws, and other things before I could load vehicle. Also ordered 12 furniture pads, sire only had 5 pads I was charged for 12. They were also dirty and just in a ball. Counter staff was nice but wasn't able process refund for missing furniture pads.

you can play someone in the building in a position where they can see customers as they come up I waited 20 minutes, cause I want to even come from the back of the building to greet me and I did not like wasting my time on top of that, the power was off in the building no fault of there but more time wasted that’s going to whole trip but in the end, my issue was satisfaction resolved
