nathan lHave person on-site. Had to call. Contract made at Ontario location as they did not have vehicle available we had to go to Ashland to pick it up. Wanted to charge us more at Ashland so they rewrote the contract over phone to make terms same as Ontario. After 3 attempts of opening lock boxes which were very difficult to open, finally got the correct key. Area around lock boxes very unsave and could result in injury.

jim rWe had problems with the lock box’s. The combination lock didn’t have the right code or the right set of keys in it. Changing keys and tricks seemed very disorganized. There were also no moving blankets in the truck or anywhere to get them that were on the order. I was charged and never got them. The experience delayed my move and the pickup experience was frustrating. I have rented many things from UHaul over the years and the experience / process is typically seamless with a good overall experience.

Randall DThe truck itself was perfect. I would not recommend this location to a friend because when I booked this online I booked it for a one day all day rental. A gentlemen from this location called me and asked if I could switch my rental to an in-town rental instead and I would be charged only the rental fee of $40 +mileage. I was unaware this location changed the booking to only 3 hours without my knowledge so I was charged twice for the rental fee and trip insurance for only having the truck for 6 hours. When I reached back out to the gentlemen who changed my reservation I was told there was nothing he could do so I was charged $200!
Amy PAgent was very nice! He actually had gone to an appointment during the time,I was to pick up! He called to let me know! He actually turned around, so I could get the rental! Thought that was excellent customer service!
Francis SMy only complaint is I received two charges on my card. One for $67 and one for $131. The one for $67 came off and the other stayed on. I was under the belief I was supposed to be charged $67 for the rental.
