The ceiling/roof of the truck had a leak. My boxes were wet and fell apart making unloading difficult and timely. Some furniture was wet and needed to be dried out before moving it inside. I asked U-Haul for a a courtesy credit and they sent me to insurance claims. I don't need a claim but a simple credit for inconvenient would have been nice. Also, the ruck ran very rough, it was loud, blew white smoke from the exhaust and I was afraid it was not going to make the trip.

Toby RI did not like having to do a smart phone checkout. This location didn't offer in person checkout because the only, one person, that works there was off work on a weekday. Not exactly customer friendly.
Scott HThere was no one present. They pulled up in a vehicle after I called the 800 number. There was no one there at the return, either. Plus, they REALLY tried pushing the insurance option. I had to say NO four times.
