The truck was a “shitty truck” as the location said it was while we were picking up the vehicle. The brakes were bad, the rotors made noise, the truck overheated and engine vibrated. Why would you knowingly release a moving truck that was clearly a safety hazard and risk of failure? Poor business practice.

Was lied to and over charged without my knowledge!
Joshua BI had a 9:00 pick up scheduled and no one was at the location. Another customer waiting with me called the person and reminded them that he had two customers waiting. He showed up at 9:30. Other than that the truck performed well. I used the key drop on return and received my invoice via email the same day.
