No comment about what to improve but my question would be, if UHaul was founded by a veteran, why aren't there any benefits or discounts for military/veterans?

Melissa TThe owner was 15 minutes late for his posted opening time. There was a line of 5 customers when he arrived. When you have a late morning start time (10am) it is important to be on time. We didn’t get to begin our move until 11:15 because of this.
