I originally was supposed to get my U-Haul at 6 AM. They forgot to drop the key in the dropbox which then proceeded for us to wait until 7 AM to talk to my scheduling representative. They sent me over to a second location and upgraded me from a 10 size truck to a 15 size truck. We then waited there when we were told we would be getting that truck at 8 AM. We were not able to get it until 915 because someone was on a call and they weren’t able to hand us the keys even though store had opened at 8 AM. I left my house at 5:10 in the morning to get to Brookings at 6 AM and I wasn’t able to get my truck until 915 because of this I did not get to my destination until four in the morning because of how long you guys took with my truck even though it was just sitting there and someone just forgot to give me the key. It is ridiculous. Everything that you guys put me through and I feel like just the upgrading to the 15 so I can get out faster even though I didn’t get out fast and these small hundred dollar compensation is nothing compared to all the grievances I had to go through because of your company.

Fred HI rented a one way truck and this was the location that was selected from Uhaul and not the location that I selected. This location was not too far out of my way. The guy working at the location that my truck was at didn't come outside and go over the truck with me ,he just told me which truck it was and sent me on my way. I asked him about an appliance dolly and blankets that were in the truck and he said they go with it which was a bonus for me to use without having to pay for ( yay for me). I will still definitely be using Uhaul in the near future.

BRIAN BThe U-Haul needed a jump. They jumped it. Then we took it home and it needed another jump it took them 3 hours to come out to change the battery. The manager claimed we’d get a a 50% refund and now he’s ignoring my calls. I’d say it was a horrible experience.

brigette jWhen I got there to pick up the U-Haul there was nobody there and the door was locked. It was -1 outside. The tow dolly was missing a safety chain end link so we had to stop and buy one at Lowe's.
Kendi RI wish this location had more supplies. Blankets, dollies, etc. Sounds like Uhaul has not given them this and it is not because they wouldn't like to offer it to customers.
