I rented a one way truck and this was the location that was selected from Uhaul and not the location that I selected. This location was not too far out of my way. The guy working at the location that my truck was at didn't come outside and go over the truck with me ,he just told me which truck it was and sent me on my way. I asked him about an appliance dolly and blankets that were in the truck and he said they go with it which was a bonus for me to use without having to pay for ( yay for me). I will still definitely be using Uhaul in the near future.

BRIAN BThe U-Haul needed a jump. They jumped it. Then we took it home and it needed another jump it took them 3 hours to come out to change the battery. The manager claimed we’d get a a 50% refund and now he’s ignoring my calls. I’d say it was a horrible experience.

brigette jWhen I got there to pick up the U-Haul there was nobody there and the door was locked. It was -1 outside. The tow dolly was missing a safety chain end link so we had to stop and buy one at Lowe's.
Kendi RI wish this location had more supplies. Blankets, dollies, etc. Sounds like Uhaul has not given them this and it is not because they wouldn't like to offer it to customers.
