It took a little longer than usual but the staff was helpful and thorough. We got charged double than the reserved rate and need that taken care of!

The location was great and the lady who helped was also great! However when it came time to load the trailer on my truck the guy had trouble connecting the trailer to the truck. He even thought at one point that it was the wrong size ball. It was a 2" ball. He finally got it on and then hooked it up and sent me on my way. When we put the bed in the trailer I stepped in to push and the hitch popped off the trailer. We grabbed the sides of the opening and I ran to the front to check on it and it was maybe an inch from hitting my tailgate. Your guy did not lock it down.
