This location is very close to my home, but it is very terrible to get the key of the truck. It’s very difficult to get the help through the calls and we reserve the 10’ truck, but when we open the locker, there is no key inside. So we had to drive the 15’ truck. Even the guy told me by the phone, they will charge the fee of renting 10’ truck. But when I return the truck, it is still charging us as the 15’ truck. It’s much more expensive.
