They overcharge me $165. They charge me $35 for gas and it only needed $10 to go in there.

The gentleman at the counter was polite and friendly, but didn’t operate the UHaul portion, so couldn’t help. There was no directions on what to do. We ultimately took the trailer, but it didn’t have the requisite electrical connection piece for the lights. We got it fixed at the big UHaul store location, but wasted some time for us.
Naomi HI would not recommend U-Haul to anyone do to the phone call I had with the main office about sending to a different location than I made the reversion for. this added more time and milage to my trip than need. also, the lady that I talked with was no help at all.
