I selected the mobile 24/7 pick up option which was very intentional and important to me to keep to my schedule. The app when I got there said thank you for choosing U-haul truck share 24/7. However, once I clicked continue it said your contract does not meet the uhaul truck share 24/7 requirements. If this was true it was not clearly communicated to me that uhaul changed my selection to no longer be mobile pick-up (and prior to all this they switched my pickup location I selected), and that I had to go to an employee to check out. Once I found the employee, they said they only had done this with uhaul once or twice before, and had to call uhaul themselves to figure out how to check me out. I had to help the employee with checking me out because they were poor at following the directions they were getting over the phone. This process slowed me down by 20 minutes.
