The trucks A/C did not work properly and would switch to the defrost vents every time I would accelerate. And part way through my trip the exhaust came undone and I had to drive 2.5 hours blaring down the highway. I am very dissatisfied with uhaul.
Calib FThe tow dolly had no running light on the left tail light the entirety of the trip, even after an employee assured to us that it had gone through a tier-2 inspection. The brake and blinker light did work, but no running light. Also the left tail light came without 1 of the pins in it to hold it in place. By the time we had crossed 4 states, and after about 22 hours of driving the other 2-3 pins fell out and the tail light was hanging by its wires fully out of the tail light area. We had to tape it back in for the rest of the 4 hour trip.

Plus the worker notice that the tire had a bit slit on the side of the tire... And he fixed that as well.... NO CHARGE In this moment of hard times in my life I than you for being there for me

CONSTANCE MThere's absolutely no after hours drop off parking. Only place that U-Haul would pick up my location and let me upload pictures and drop off the trailer was curbside on the street. Very easily for someone to come hook up to the trailer and leave I am just unsure if customer returning would be held accountable as there is "no visual" designated drop off parking location!!
