The manager and employee speak little English. I rented for 45 hours, so they overcharged me for 3 days' rental. The manager was calling me to check the status, which was alright. He told me that this U-Haul was scheduled to ship something to Colombia. I didn't understand. He also charged me for the gas fee. I filled the gas, but he didn't mention if I added enough or not. Don't go there if you don't speak Spanish.
