Make sure the customer knows what your charging them including the deposit before you charge their card im still waiting g for my refund and have lost my home because of your delay

KAREN GI rented a small moving truck for 4.5 hrs. And drove q7 miles . Why was i charged for 3 gal. Of gas. That seems a little steep. I agreed to accept the charge of 5.90 gal. But don't see how I used 3 gal. In 17 miles?
BARBARA EThe rental place was fine. What was not fine is the uhaul app. I did not know I would have to do so much verification (drivers license, employer verification, 3rd party verification etc) It would have been nice to get some alerts that stated this and I could have set all that up prior to 8am on day of pickup. Please improve that process

Over all this is the best place to get a uhaul and the prices are great. The only thing I wish they had unlimited mileage for around town. But other than that I would give it 10 stars

MATTHEW EThe service was great when I was actually interacting with them, it was just SO HARD to actually get ahold of someone, and when no one picked up my calls I constantly got kicked to other locations who couldn’t help me.
Isabelle MPeople were nice at drop off but very busy, did not want my paper work said they would check in my trailer digitally. Got email next day from UHaul that I had not dropped off trailer as scheduled. Hopefull item is resolved.

lynn CI absolutely do not recommend this location. When I returned the trailer, the employee who received it was, to put it mildly, very tired (appearing to be heavily intoxicated). When I asked him to give me the receipt, he responded that he would email it to me. Of course, he didn't send anything within two days, so I went there again specifically to pick up the receipt that confirms I returned the trailer on time.
MYKOLA KBecause the drop-off location is on the corner of an older industrial area on Rock Blvd, I took off a few style points. In all other matters, the front-office personnel were pleasant and courteous.
ADOLFO GThe truck they gave me to rent, the brakes were almost completely non functional, they did not engage unless I was pedal to the metal and almost got into a few accidents because of it.
Hannah vNeeds landscaping/pavement work in the yard. Access to and from the business street/alley maybe rethink the traffic....... Overall, I like doing business here. People are Great 👍
DANIEL BIf uhual is offering services, make sure equipment is available at desired locations. That's what, as customers, we're paying for. Uhual is a f-king nightmare. Will never use services, I'd rather go with your competitors! Zero stars for uhual as a company. Both locations were great, but the company sucks.
Diana Rthey need more people behind the counter to help with customers. The 2 females need to dress a little more professional. Provide them with a Uhaul shirt. The straps on my auto transport were old and rusty could not release the tension to release the car, my local uhaul had to cut both straps.

My only disappointment, was having to go to this location, because the trailer I needed was reserved at the Spanish Springs location closer to my home, within the 30 minutes I talked to them on the phone and I ordered it online. But now I am happy to know about this Rock location as an option I can use again if needed. That was my own fault due to my delay. I have no complaints! This location was excellent!

JESUS GI was able to get the trailer I wanted and got it hooked up quickly and was on my way in about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff!!
JULIE DI had to go there 3 separate times because they kept getting my reservation wrong. I had to reschedule my mover which cost $200, and they’re not paying me back for their mistake or my time wasted.

EDWARD GVery slow to attach the trailer to my vehicle when I got the trailer it had gravel and sand spread out the trailer bed, it took 30 minutes for the lot tech to hook up to my vehicle after I rented it
MICHAEL FAdvertising one price and then charging customers way over that is terrible business. I’ll never return nor recommend this location to a friend.

JONATHAN GThe truck I rented was dirty. Sticky substance on the floor in the cab area and something sticky in the box area where my property was. Foot prints on the inside of the windshield in front of the passenger windshield. The young man who showed me the truck seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there. Poor customer service. Use this as a teaching moment if possible. Michael
MICHAEL WThe service at this location was horrible. One office person and one yard person to take care of U-Haul and RV rentals. The yard man was too busy filling a customers portable propane tanks and there were at least 8 to 10 of them. And made customers wait while he slowly filled up propane tanks. If this is an authorized U-Haul dealer, your U-Haul dealer is taking priority filling propane tanks for customers that did not rent U-Haul equipment. I will never ever rent a U-Haul from this location nor will I return a U-Haul to this location.
MITCHELL BI received great service and no runaround from this location of U-Haul. The front desk staff gal was really sweet and nice and the guy hooked up my trailer and was very efficient. It was very reasonable rate too.

MICHAEL AMy experience was good and the staff was helpful. But the location is kind of constrained and gives you an uninviting look.

MICHAEL WI would avoid this location at all costs. First, we pull up and there is no where to park our personal vehicle or the U-Haul truck as it's not only a U-Haul location but also an RV rental. I ended up parking a couple buildings down and upon leaving my car, I am greeted by a pile of spent bullet rounds. When we reach the office the lady, too busy on her personal phone, just takes the keys and waves us off. A few hours later, I get an email saying I owe $8.25 for 2 gallons of gas or 15/16 of tank. Mind you we went directly from the gas station and completely filling it up, to the return location. In the email, it stated I could go in to any U-Haul location to easily pay the fee within 7 days, or receive a $30 late fee and threat of collections. Obviously, I don't want to deal with that so I went to the U-Haul nearest to my house. I figured it's $8.25, just go in and pay it, quick and easy. BOY, WAS I WRONG. It took over AN HOUR for 3 team members, one being a manger, to figure out how to properly charge me. The employees at this location even agreed the charge was ridiculous and would have waived it for me, but in order to do so they would have to talk to this location since they are the ones who originally charged me, but their hours are much shorter than others and had already closed.
TIMOTHY LI used a moving company to move my belongings from one location to another and U-Haul allowed this moving company to use my personal debit account to book a truck and purchase pads and boxes without my permission. Apparently U-Haul didn’t require any verification or authorization in using my account without my consent or knowledge. Will be looking to escalate this situation soon.
MICHAEL NOther then the fact that parking is non existent. And I have not seen a receipt!
CATHERINE HWhen I selected the trailer, I wanted online it switched it from an open trailer to a cargo trailer. I did not catch that when I arrived. I had to take the trailer I didn’t want. The same thing happened to the employee who tried it at a different location. There seems to be a glitch in the system that needs to be fixed. It’s not the employee’s fault they were more than accommodating at this location.

ERIC MTruck became available when I needed it! It's was road dirty but operated exactly how I needed it. Grateful I didn't have to drive out of my way to retrieve from another location! Excellent service
Robin STruck ran, but transmission felt like it was about to blow up. The truck swayed really bad while driving. Hard to maintain control. I did a contactless pick up and the key was stuck in the lock box. Five people tried to enter the code and open it before the store manager opened it. Overall a 5 minute pickup took me 25. Staff was nice but location was so-so. Will definitely go to an actual uhaul location next time. This one felt like a transfer station.

MARTIN CFirst 4x8 trailer had bald tires. Second one on hand, swapped out, no issue. Staff were great.
CALEB Pnot much could improve sitaution. Im not a fan of location or accessibility, but I am familiar with area. I could see how this could be complicated for a stranger to the area. Right off a VERY busy main road.
