How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a 15 footer 2 weeks in advance, just to have a U-Haul rep call me the day of and say they didn’t have it. I had to downgrade to a 10 footer which I had to make multiple trips in. The TPMS light was on and flashing because of bad tire sensors, and the side mirror was shattered from a heavy impact. The passenger door showed a history of theft attempts as there were pry bar marks all over the passenger door which could barely close and latch
