The staff did what they could with limited employees. The parking for the return amounted to anywhere in front of the business on a public street that I could find to park. The lot area was overrun by U-Haul trucks. There needs to be a dedicated return and pick up area like most u-Haul centers.
RICHARD HHalf the lights didn’t work on the trailer told the drop off location about it and they didn’t give a shit. I’m going to look at different companies from now on
Andrew QPerson at counter sold me a lock that did not fit the truck.
William RUhaul's system was so slow it took myself and other customers over an hour standing in line to check in. The mobile check in didn't work for most as well.
