Drop off in Fernley, NV was closed, so my son called "Nick" at Sparks Uhaul. IF you can reach Nick on the phone, he is helpful and will acquiesce to customer's wishes for receipts, etc. I received many emails from "U-Haul" that Nick said were "automatically sent" with misinformation. A "collection" of $116.61 seems to have come out of nowhere. You can reach me for more information. Trailer wheels are out of balance and vibrated at any speed. Screwed up check in resulted in emails wanting to know where the trailer was. I took a picture of the trailer when I returned it because they did not seem to have a handle on it.

DAVID RWhen my son arrived at the Uhaul facility with our 26' truck and trailer at 785 US Hwy 95A in Fernley at 1:50 on May 24th, there was no one there. He then called "Nick" at the Sparks facility who advised him that there would be a "drop off fine" if he returned the truck to the wrong facility, but because Nick was in need of trailers, he would waive the fine. Nick advised my son to just leave the keys in the drop box, so that is what he did. Thank you.
