Uhaul's system was so slow it took myself and other customers over an hour standing in line to check in. The mobile check in didn't work for most as well.

Drop off in Fernley, NV was closed, so my son called "Nick" at Sparks Uhaul. IF you can reach Nick on the phone, he is helpful and will acquiesce to customer's wishes for receipts, etc. I received many emails from "U-Haul" that Nick said were "automatically sent" with misinformation. A "collection" of $116.61 seems to have come out of nowhere. You can reach me for more information. Janean GTrailer wheels are out of balance and vibrated at any speed. Screwed up check in resulted in emails wanting to know where the trailer was. I took a picture of the trailer when I returned it because they did not seem to have a handle on it.
