The drop off location was actually the Uhaul site in Mchenry, Illinois. Great place, friendly and informative staff. Unhitched the trailer for us without taking too long with his inspection stuff.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe 15' Truck I rented had not been cleaned in the truck cabin. The glove box was full of trash and ants and old candy, and the floor had items from the previous occupant. I also didn't like how I was not reminded to fill out the pre-driving form; they said you're good to go. I didn't realize until I had started driving, found a gas station, and then looked for directions on my phone that I had received a text with a link to take pictures of the truck. The link expires if you drive away without taking the pictures.
