No one was onsite to rent us the truck we had to do everything online and I was not told this up front or I would have chosen another location. We finally go into the truck and the moving blankets I paid for were not there and no one around to help. Horrible customer service.

Put in wrong drop location for equipment causing an unseeded expense to which U-Haul corporate was unwilling to change after the fact. Causing over 2 hours spent on the phone the morning of the return. After which nothing was accomplished between being transferred to the wrong person or rudely hung up on due to this I will go out of my way to use another company for my moving and or rents needs in the future as Well as insuring that no friends or aquantises use the services of U-Haul in the future.

A $25 fee for folding 6 blankets and two stokes of a broom is a bit extreme of a cleaning fee. I realize this is your policy but it is overly excessive!

Charged me for 2 days. I had the truck less than 24 hours and only went 36 miles. Also charged me for two days of insurance. I am disputing the transaction with my bank.

Staff nice. BUT I had a one way rental scheduled. I dropped the van off as per agreement. Uhual kept calling me stating the van was not returned. Every time I returned the call (to the location the van was rented), I would be re-directed to the general call group who refused to relay any specific message except that I called. Overall, this took place over a full week before Uhual realized the van had been returned a week prior.
