It was closed at drop off but easy drop off location.

MICHAEL WI would avoid this location at all costs. First, we pull up and there is no where to park our personal vehicle or the U-Haul truck as it's not only a U-Haul location but also an RV rental. I ended up parking a couple buildings down and upon leaving my car, I am greeted by a pile of spent bullet rounds. When we reach the office the lady, too busy on her personal phone, just takes the keys and waves us off. A few hours later, I get an email saying I owe $8.25 for 2 gallons of gas or 15/16 of tank. Mind you we went directly from the gas station and completely filling it up, to the return location. In the email, it stated I could go in to any U-Haul location to easily pay the fee within 7 days, or receive a $30 late fee and threat of collections. Obviously, I don't want to deal with that so I went to the U-Haul nearest to my house. I figured it's $8.25, just go in and pay it, quick and easy. BOY, WAS I WRONG. It took over AN HOUR for 3 team members, one being a manger, to figure out how to properly charge me. The employees at this location even agreed the charge was ridiculous and would have waived it for me, but in order to do so they would have to talk to this location since they are the ones who originally charged me, but their hours are much shorter than others and had already closed.
TIMOTHY LI used a moving company to move my belongings from one location to another and U-Haul allowed this moving company to use my personal debit account to book a truck and purchase pads and boxes without my permission. Apparently U-Haul didn’t require any verification or authorization in using my account without my consent or knowledge. Will be looking to escalate this situation soon.
MICHAEL NOther then the fact that parking is non existent. And I have not seen a receipt!
CATHERINE HWhen I selected the trailer, I wanted online it switched it from an open trailer to a cargo trailer. I did not catch that when I arrived. I had to take the trailer I didn’t want. The same thing happened to the employee who tried it at a different location. There seems to be a glitch in the system that needs to be fixed. It’s not the employee’s fault they were more than accommodating at this location.

ERIC MTruck became available when I needed it! It's was road dirty but operated exactly how I needed it. Grateful I didn't have to drive out of my way to retrieve from another location! Excellent service
Robin STruck ran, but transmission felt like it was about to blow up. The truck swayed really bad while driving. Hard to maintain control. I did a contactless pick up and the key was stuck in the lock box. Five people tried to enter the code and open it before the store manager opened it. Overall a 5 minute pickup took me 25. Staff was nice but location was so-so. Will definitely go to an actual uhaul location next time. This one felt like a transfer station.

CALEB Pnot much could improve sitaution. Im not a fan of location or accessibility, but I am familiar with area. I could see how this could be complicated for a stranger to the area. Right off a VERY busy main road.

JEFFREY CEmployees arrived right at 9a and there was already a long line. Did not help people in order. Did not check that the lights were working and I realized too late they were not! Very concerning as I towed this trailer from Reno to Tahoe to Modesto with no brake lights or turn signals!
BARBARA TEmployees get there and don’t check the trucks until it’s time to hand the truck over. They had 5 people working and only 2 computers. One should have been checking all the trucks that were returned the day before for gas and miles to speed up the process. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 9am and ended up getting out of there 9:45. They need a better system of getting clients in and out especially in the morning when we are trying to get the day started nice and early.
ALFONSO ZI always use this location over other sites in town. They're always reliable. But this time all staff seemed off. To check in for the truck the staff member seemed like he was unhappy to be there. While returning the truck, there were two females at the desk that were fumbling their words and giggling to eachother when the other would scrabble the words she was attempting to say. Not the greatest experience this time but I will always come back to this uhaul site.

DOUGLAS DNothing against U-Haul but the store you sent me to in Reno was hammered and I had to get the trailer out of their yard on my own and I'm not the best with backing up pulling forward etc. Really not the best experience. Then when I was to drop off the trailer originally in Tucson at Rita Ranch Storage the U-Haul was CLOSED, YA Saturday CLOSED. NO WARNING NOTHING letting me know they were CLOSED. I used them for storage, and I'll NEVER go back to them EVER AGAIN. However, the corporate office sent me to Golf-Links and Wilmont U-Haul who were the best, professional and really good...
CURTIS UHonestly, I hate doing these surveys and usually don’t. But every person involved in the process in Reno, the Ubox support text support, and in Overland Park were top notch and went above and beyond.

PAUL DThe uhaul had a hole in the gas tank which I found out about the hard way, then when I returned it after trying to figure out if it was me doing something wrong I returned it and they charged for me not putting gas in it and then charged me for other bullshit even though they told me they've had a problem with people siphoning gas out of their trucks, drilling holes in the gas tank exc. I picked it up with an 8th of a tank as it was so I should have questioned it then. Beware this place let's u rent an already damaged vehicle then charges u for the damages when u return it. But not to ur face they tell u your not at fault and won't be charged only to send u a notice of charges then just take it of the card u provided in the beginning.

John KThere is a concrete hole in the pavement next to building entry door. I did not see the hole while attempting to photograph the Uhaul vehicle for check in app. My foot became lodged in hole , I fell jamming my hand, fingers and with multiple open wounds on fingers,hands, right knee and bleeding profusely. My spouse witnessed it. There is a camera on building that recorded it. I called and spoke to Conner, he offered no apology, no inquiry on if I was even ok. Pathetic customer service! I may seek legal advice. Uhaul- Demand this vendor repair this defect on their property! No customer should incur this ever, it is a clear liability!
STEVEN OEverything I owned was in my U-Box and there was a massive leak that resulted in 80% of my belongings were contaminated with mold. This after U-Haul shipped my box without confirming and sending it before the date I had requested. All of this occurring without so much as a word or heads up. Super unfortunate but sadly would not recommend. Not sure if they are understaffed or undertrained but something is deeply off across the board.
