DOUGLAS DNothing against U-Haul but the store you sent me to in Reno was hammered and I had to get the trailer out of their yard on my own and I'm not the best with backing up pulling forward etc. Really not the best experience. Then when I was to drop off the trailer originally in Tucson at Rita Ranch Storage the U-Haul was CLOSED, YA Saturday CLOSED. NO WARNING NOTHING letting me know they were CLOSED. I used them for storage, and I'll NEVER go back to them EVER AGAIN. However, the corporate office sent me to Golf-Links and Wilmont U-Haul who were the best, professional and really good...
CURTIS UHonestly, I hate doing these surveys and usually don’t. But every person involved in the process in Reno, the Ubox support text support, and in Overland Park were top notch and went above and beyond.

PAUL DThe uhaul had a hole in the gas tank which I found out about the hard way, then when I returned it after trying to figure out if it was me doing something wrong I returned it and they charged for me not putting gas in it and then charged me for other bullshit even though they told me they've had a problem with people siphoning gas out of their trucks, drilling holes in the gas tank exc. I picked it up with an 8th of a tank as it was so I should have questioned it then. Beware this place let's u rent an already damaged vehicle then charges u for the damages when u return it. But not to ur face they tell u your not at fault and won't be charged only to send u a notice of charges then just take it of the card u provided in the beginning.

John KThere is a concrete hole in the pavement next to building entry door. I did not see the hole while attempting to photograph the Uhaul vehicle for check in app. My foot became lodged in hole , I fell jamming my hand, fingers and with multiple open wounds on fingers,hands, right knee and bleeding profusely. My spouse witnessed it. There is a camera on building that recorded it. I called and spoke to Conner, he offered no apology, no inquiry on if I was even ok. Pathetic customer service! I may seek legal advice. Uhaul- Demand this vendor repair this defect on their property! No customer should incur this ever, it is a clear liability!
STEVEN OEverything I owned was in my U-Box and there was a massive leak that resulted in 80% of my belongings were contaminated with mold. This after U-Haul shipped my box without confirming and sending it before the date I had requested. All of this occurring without so much as a word or heads up. Super unfortunate but sadly would not recommend. Not sure if they are understaffed or undertrained but something is deeply off across the board.

CHRISTOPHER EI was called after renting my equipment and en route to my destination when someone from uhaul called and said I was to return the equipment to a different location 45 minutes away over a chain required pass during a snowstorm because they didn’t want the equipment up high. It was also automatically updated on my app account to a location in Carson City without my approval. I did not appreciate the way that was handled.
JOHN HRented 10 ft truck. They gave me the worst one on the lot. Luckily I read reviews before coming to this location I made sure to take video of the trucks damage all over it that wasn't marked with an X. I've rented over a hundred uhauls in the last few years and this is one of the worst locations. They gave me a print out with a truck showing mileage 1000 less than I got given. They told me truck had 3/8 of gas. It was barely at 1/4 tank. They didn't know how to work their system kept blaming system. This place needs a quality control check. Luckily I read reviews on this place because it seems like they are running dishonest business. I'll be renting from anywhere else from now on. And to top it off They knew I was only going 10 miles round trip and they automatically add on insurance without even asking. This is the only time in the last few years I've had a uhaul location not even ask if I want insurance but just sneakily add it on. Shame on these losers. You might as well just add insurance because if not I'm sure they are going to make up BS charges like plenty of other people are dealing with at this location. Anywhere but here

DOUGLAS FTruck was given to me less than 1/4th a tank closer to less that 1/8th of a tank with a possible proration if I decided to return the truck at 1/4. I filled the tank back up to where I received it, and was still charged this location, WILL ALWAYS CHARGE YOU A FUEL FEE, Don't even waste your time. Choose another. They are stealing from their customers.
JAMIL EThe staff were very caring, understanding and helpful. About 15 minutes after dropping off the truck I discovered that I had left my cell phone in the truck, the staff were kind enough to run out and check the cab, returned my cell to their office and kindly waited for me to return 30 minutes later. All there staff were friendly and knowledgeable, seemed to work well together and were enjoying their jobs. I shall consider to rent an RV from this location in the future.
JAMES DCharged me 200$ for a thirty mile 26 foot truck. Trash service I spend 20000$ at uhaul every year and the worst service when I disputed the bill they called the cops and had me trespassed from the premises this is not the way you are supposed to treat loyal customers
