If someone brings the vehicle back in good condition they shouldn’t not have a insurance a fee are a insured free

The truck was awful shaked on the road. Had to floor gas pedal in order to go the speed limit. Then when I retuned it I was charged an extra $64.69 for supposedly not putting gas which I did put gas and had pictures to prove. Don’t use this location go directly to uhaul company. 3rd party location not worth the hassle!!!! Never again!!!!

Although the reimbursed my mileage, they had a pad lock on the back and didn’t tell me until I went to my location and had to drive back for them to take it off

have to drive 64 miles for pickup even they have uhaul in our town but they made us drive that far.
