Buxton JMake sure the windshield is clean...there were a lot of bugs on it. I do understand it was VERY hot this past week, so that's why it wasn't done. Not a big deal for me, but someone unfamiliar with the area may find it distracting while driving.
Noelle LCustomer service was exceptional. Friend smile and easy service. The only concern I have is the 10’ truck head lights needs adjustments to make it easy to see the road in the dark. Also the driver side visor is missing the part to lock it in place and continues to move forward getting the way to see where you’re going. Other than that everything was excellent!!

DIANA` RSelected the self-service option, but the lady gave away my truck, so then I had to wait for a new truck to be assigned. Then she changed my drop off location from Rosenberg to Houston (an hour away).

Stacey BThe woman was very curt, did not have any concern for me finding the location. Parking was horrible. All locked up at 6pm no attendant present. My concern was security. “I have cameras !!!” She didnt take time to speak courteously. Dropoff wS quite a long distance from my destination. This is not uhaul country. Upscale area people don’t DIY moving.

Christopher CI spoke to a Stacey Edgar 7/27pm , she was very polite and helpful w confirming the two trucks for 7/28am ! when the drivers arrived to pickup the trucks 7/28am they ran into a witch ! She was rude and Not helpful ! the two drivers wanted to make sure the trucks would lock since they had to be parked overnight ! She said it was Not her responsibility to provide trucks that locked. I called to straighten it out and was told that this was my problem ! Not hers ! We did Not get her name ! the drivers said she was short, white, blond, mid 40’s and difficult to deal with ! I will never pickup or deliver a truck from this location again !

christopher mEverything was good. It should be told if you bring back the truck after hours the process is taking a Pic of milage and gas then do the key drop off. As I was loading up app to do online drop off my boyfriend locked up truck then pit key in the box before I knew I had to take Pic.
