susan mMy truck had a wonky sliding door that would not close on my return trip (thankfully we got it down for the move!) — evidently it is a known service issue. Otherwise great location, great service, easy transaction.

REBECCA MJohn, the manager running the office is kind, extremely helpful and easy to work with! I've used his services in January 2026 for a move to Dublin. Overall it was a great experience! Pickup and drop off went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this place and would use them again.
RIGAS PI can't say enough how pleased we are with John and how his manages the location. Truck rentals are a breeze, and he is always very pleasant and helpful. We are also very satisfied with our storage unit, there, as well.

MICHAEL FIf this was the only time I experienced tech issues picking up the vehicle, I would have assumed it was me. But every time I pick up a truck, I have issues just starting the process. The support on the site has never helped and I still don’t understand why it began working after half an hour of trying to just get started. At that point in time, the lengthy yet necessary check in process becomes even more frustrating due to the initial hold up. If I had to guess, I would guess that you have to kill the app on your phone after enabling location services, so that the app launches with the permissions rather than switching them once the app is open. But that is my non-technical guess. I also understand picking up after hours is a luxury we have because of all this tech and it never works perfectly, but I would look into making the first few steps easier. There seem to be a variety of “summary” page formats at the beginning of the pickup process and it is really unclear where to go. Combine that with the location services issue and it isn’t the best look for Uhaul. Truck performed great and was just what I needed though.
