My truck had a wonky sliding door that would not close on my return trip (thankfully we got it down for the move!) — evidently it is a known service issue. Otherwise great location, great service, easy transaction.

Trailer was old, dirty, if anything touched the sides near the door it left a black residue. It also rained and water was on the floor. One of the tires looked unsafe
