KENNETH MI don’t remember the gentleman’s name that ran the place but he was very kind. I tried to rent a U-Haul from another location the day before and they called me to tell me the truck would not be back until 1:30 PM instead of 1. No big deal, I could go at 1:30. At 1:30 I showed up and the truck was not there. The next day I called this location which was a Sunday and he said he had a truck available and would book it for me right over the phone. He made the process very easy explained how everything worked and gave me tips and tricks to drive the truck since I had never driven a U-Haul before. Overall it was a great experience.
