Julie RThis is the 3rd time in a row that I have rented a u-haul and wanted a 15’ truck and specifically chosen a location because it said they were the only location with the size truck I requested. Then I get a call the day before telling me the uhaul location does not have the 15’ truck and instead just has a 26’ truck. It is very difficult to drive such a big truck around and thats why I wanted the 15’. Im not specifically upset at this All Seasons Moving place because the man that checked me out and everything was very nice. But I’m likely going to go with a different truck rental place from now on because U-haul never seems to have the equipment I order when it says it is available online.

ADRIAN BThe truck was not maintained. Steering wheel was 90 degrees to the left. Brakes squealed when applied. Creaking noise when making any type of turn. Worst truck I have ever rented. Highly unsatisfactory to say the least.
