MICHAEL FIf this was the only time I experienced tech issues picking up the vehicle, I would have assumed it was me. But every time I pick up a truck, I have issues just starting the process. The support on the site has never helped and I still don’t understand why it began working after half an hour of trying to just get started. At that point in time, the lengthy yet necessary check in process becomes even more frustrating due to the initial hold up. If I had to guess, I would guess that you have to kill the app on your phone after enabling location services, so that the app launches with the permissions rather than switching them once the app is open. But that is my non-technical guess. I also understand picking up after hours is a luxury we have because of all this tech and it never works perfectly, but I would look into making the first few steps easier. There seem to be a variety of “summary” page formats at the beginning of the pickup process and it is really unclear where to go. Combine that with the location services issue and it isn’t the best look for Uhaul. Truck performed great and was just what I needed though.

TINA GThe app was not user friendly for mobile check in. Had difficulty getting a non blurry picture of my ID (would be nice to have an option to take the pic and add it in for better quality). Then it would not accept the picture of the truck. I ended up walking around the truck 5 times trying to add each view before one view finally stayed within the app. I put pictures on my camera roll on my phone and planned to take the truck and then email them when someone asked because I couldn’t get it to save the pictures I took within the app
Amber BI don't know how routes are calculated, but there should be at least a little buffer for miles traveled with rented trucks. I didn't deviate from the route at all and got charged extra for mileage.

JACK RThis pick up location was convenient and well lit. The truck was clean—but not in great repair. The parking break was broken and required roadside assistance at the end of a long day of moving things. The truck had some cosmetic repairs that had not been well done. We were not charged for the roadside assistance and the customer serve was good. Still, I might look for a place with some more up to date trucks in the future.

WELDEN VI do not remember the name of the gentleman who assisted/checked me out. He’s great, he explains everything needed for a safe rental. I have never used a car tow dolly so he took the extra time when he was very busy to make sure I was comfortable. Will rent from them again.

NAGAKOTESH KI have rented several Uhaul trailers from John at All Seasons Self Storage and also two temperature controlled storage units for a gradual move from Florida to Delaware, OH. Service is always friendly and efficient. This is the best place for any moving and storage needs!
STEVEN NI felt safe even though it was dark.
Michelle DI have one very important question; exactly 12 months previous I rented the same size trailer to go to the exactly the same place for same time period. It cost 211.86 contact #99410198. This rental thou exactly the same cost 485.88$ Why the over 100 percent cost increase?? If I do this delivery next year I will look for other more cost efficient options then Uhaul.

Steven BThis location when I arrived, was bragging about how many pins and trailer connectors they sell. I guess I should’ve took that into consideration. When we got outside you guess I had to buy a new pen and a new trailer connector. I mentioned no I’ll go down to the store and buy one. He then freaked out and said refusal of service if I don’t get it from them.
ANTONIO VThe Trailer was in good condition & pulled nicely. During my pre-check the Manager John was very helpful & had to swap-out the trailer connector for the lights, but then all good. John was very accommodating & easy to work with.
