The directions were terrible. The building has no access. It became obvious to just park outside the gate and drop the keys in the box.

Nothing! Super easy
Kristy II did an unattended pick up using the app. The picture of where the keyboxes are located doesn't match where they actually are. The picture is of the entrance to the storage units. The keybox is actually near the fence opening. If the truck mechanic hadn't been there I would have been sunk.
Mike WTerrible instructions and time getting keys after hours. Charged 300 for rental and used it for 2 hours and 39 miles . Charged fir 5 days after using rental 3 hours . Bad , horrible experience

William RHad to run around to different locations due to truck needed wasnt available. I had a hard time completing the checkout on my phone at this location due to very slow internet service in the area. Thankfully I was given a contact person to help with the process as there is no office to assist.
Russell WThe front end of the truck I rented was awful. Felt like it was dribbling. Very rough ride. I don’t know if these have shocks or something, but this truck was miserable to drive.
