DAVID EThe truck I rented leaked and damaged some of my artwork. The leak occurred in the area of the shelf of a sixteen footer The truck was clean. The folks at the rental location were helpful and kind. The truck leak needs fixing.
WILLIAM BIncredibly expensive with mileage and very difficult to find a location near me that was open on the weekends and had a 10 foot truck. Will be looking for a cheaper option like Home Depot flat rate.

BRIAN MI rented a 15' truck for $29.95 + $10.00 for an Appliance Dolly. I was quoted $53.06 originally.. I drive the truck from the pickup location to my previous address to my new address, back to previous address, back to me address and then dropped off at original pickup location.. a total of 13 miles. Gas tank was still on full... So mileage at most should've cost maybe $4 and possibly another up to $4 for gas. How is my final bill $72.30?? I did not cause any damage whatsoever to the truck or dolly and in fact, I didn't even use the dolly. I do not understand the additional $20 charge?? Jenny

ARLENE LEstablishment was clean and friendly, made small talk while waiting on the rest of the paperwork to be completed, I was surprisingly happy to see the cleanliness of the office/waiting area being its a garage and all, I don't see many clean garages, so that impressed me and shows the professionalism that they take pride in. Christine MThe wrong key was placed in our lockbox. This required 20+ minutes of on hold and resolution time with the Truck Share Help line to resolve. Ketanna's support was great, the Bennington site not so much. Also, since there is no place to comment on the check-out process, I'll do it here: the Assurance screen requires the renter to provide two "Methods" of confirming their ID, then lists Contacts, Employer, Passport and Current Lease Agreement. Intuitively, these appear to be the available methods, two of which must be used. It required another 20+ minutes wait for support to tell me that two contacts can be provided. That is NOT two methods, it's two entries in one method. Further, once I did provide two contacts, only one was called.

Catherine MThe only problem was one of the dollies we couldn't even use because it would not work it tried to get it to crank to tighten the strap and it wouldn't work and the inside looked like it really needed to be swept out a little bit better so whoever used it before us did not want to clean it right and I took my broom and I swept it out the best I could well my friended he cleaned it out the best he could.

LINDA BThis is the only review I have ever written about any business but the reviews make a difference and most people shopping including myself look for highest reviews to make a decision on any purchase.Im writing this review for that reason only because the whole atmosphere here was unlike any other businesses.Every person including the shop mechanics said hello in passing and when I arrived i explained I was stranded and the girl at the counter was super friendly and was willing to give up the business and send me to another uhaul to accommodate my needs by searching other local locations for the vehicle I needed.I believe it was the owner of the facility that pulled the vehicle up front for me when I was leaving and greeted me when I returned it asking how everything worked out.Super professional and friendly people at this location

KERRY RThe truck I was rented was a death trap. The steering was very loose and felt very dangerous driving through the mountains or over poorly maintained roads.
Kyle SThey didn't have a dolly or enough pads. The pads they gave me were old and dirty. The person who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful and tried to find the equipment I needed. The location is in a cell dead spot so I couldn't use the app when I dropped the vehicle off.

Christopher GThe pick up was delayed so the employee could clean the van. They did not clean the van. The keys were still in the drop box from the previous user. Three hours after I returned the vehicle uhaul called saying I’d not returned the vehicle. Think this is incompetence? How about getting an erroneous $75 fuel surcharge because “the other person couldn’t read the fuel gauge.” To err is human, to default to hosing the customer is uhaul.
