1) the furniture dolly from my reservation was not provided 2) there were no directions provided to find the lock box. I had to call the 24/7 service number to find the lockbox 3) the lockbox was unsecured and the door was jammed because someone stuffed the key in. It took me a few minutes to get the lockbox door open to access the key

This location is also an auto repair shop, housed in a former factory or warehouse building, so the yard is littered with old vehicles in various states of disrepair. It was also gray and raining the day I dropped off the truck, so that may have colored my view of the establishment as well. The office area is bright and staffed with helpful people, so while the physical setting may not be great, the staffing is good. The check-in process was easy with the app, and all I had to do was hand the key to an staff person.

Joshua BNo problem with the service. Just an issue with policy. I returned the truck with a lot more gas than I got it with. So, I feel I should have gotten a refund or at least credit to cover the extra miles I put on it.
