I originally was going to rent from,this location. But they were inflexible about my husband picking up the trailer. I had to pack out of another location. Will never rent from this location again. I dropped off the trailer b\c this was the location that was texted to my phone.

I have no complaints about this location, but I have a huge complaint about our service all together. We originally reserved one in Williamstown and got a call saying that we were all set the day before. We went to pick it up and lot and behold the truck wasn't there. We immediately went to panic mode because we had a whole house to pack and no uhaul to out it in. We had to drive to Pownal and North Adams to still find nothing. The guy in North Adams was kind enough to find us one in Bennington so we had to drive all the way back past Pownal to pick it up. When it was all said and done we lost hours of packing time and if it weren't for friends helping us out we would've been in a terrible position. We called and they pointed the finger at the place we made the initial reservation as to why it never showed and the place we made the reservation pointed the finger at uhaul. This is not go business practice and we were never compensated for paying for milage we never should've paid for in the first place. We even had to bring the uhaul back to place we found one in the end adding on more milage. This experience was very hard on my wife and it won't soon be forgotten

The pick up site was very unorganized, the truck had sand in it. When we returned the truck the said we had to clean it! But the sand wasn’t our mess!!! My husband spend 45 minutes cleaning the truck and it was given to us in that condition. That didn’t seem right!

I was charge a cleaning fee because he said I didn't fold blankets. I want the cleaning fee to be refunded. I have pictures of the trailer at pick up to show the dirt

When we got there the guy forgot to get our truck we lost an hour of our moving crew didn’t finish our move and it was a waste of time and money if they’re representing a company they’re not doing a good job. Extremely pissed

This place does not look like an official (or even unofficial) UHaul rental place, but the truck was spotless, it ran well, and the owner gave me helpful advice about using the truck. I'd go back!

Overall the experience with/at All Service Citgo was above excellent. The guys there were GREAT! At first was annoyed that I had to travel to another state to pick up because my local u haul didn't have what I requested online, even though it stated online 1 was available, which in the long run means I have to pay the extra mileage because it had to be returned where I picked up. I would recommend paying the extra mileage for the outstanding service!!

The only thing I did not like was that the station where I dropped it off was closed so I had to put the info and key into a drop box.

The truck was fine but we couldn't get it up our driveway. We called and asked if we could return it for a refund and the owner said "yes, just bring it back." so we did. It was ten miles each way, at 99 cents a mile and when we got there, the owner said "You'll have to take it up with the uhaul folks" and did not issue a refund. We decided to keep the truck for the day and move what we could even though we had to now drag everything down the hill. There were 20 miles driven that I was charged for that would not have been driven if we weren't first promised a refund.

Don't charge me an extra day for being 5 minutes late. Particularly when the location is closed on Sundays and no one is there to rent it out. The location staff was wonderful, but the regional manager, Scott Parsons, is a jerk and probably an untrustable employee. I've talked people out of using U-Haul 5 out of 6 times since, and will continue to do so until a manager contacts me with an explanation.
