The trailer needed to be swept out before loading which wasn't unexpected. What was unexpected was the tire blew out while we were driving. It was very scary but my husband successfully pulled us over to the side of the road.

Trailer ramp did not work properly. The rental location provided excellent customer service.
Daniel MAs I told them previously, someone is fraudulently using my information to rent this vehicle. Requests to cancel were unseen and unheard. This site allows fraudulent rentals to occur. Beyond unhappy.
