Steve HI dropped off trailer on 3rd as agreed. Place was closed. No time was noted, just to drop at location in 3rd. I have gmfated pics. The door was stuck open AGAIN to the trailer. It was washed and left. I was charged for an extra day saying I returned it at 7:34 am in the 4th. Trailer was faulty and unfounded extra day charge

Jessica PThe bolts on my auto hitch fell off on the highway and caused a two and a half hour roadside at 9pm at night. My order was split into two locations and I wasn’t notified or called so I had a lot of extra back and forth driving.
Connor ENeed to have all truck rental full of gas ready to go. It will give your customer a head start on there journey uhaul move. ( After the customer completes there uhaul move then customer needs to gas truck up just like they got it when renting.)

BRIAN GAfter a very difficult experience at your Falls Church location, I contacted my final destination location and was told by the employee that he was not interested in unhooking my auto transport. This added to an already stressful situation. I then called around the Colorado Springs area and was assisted by Brian and Austin. At that point, I was extremely upset and overwhelmed, but they were patient, kind, and highly professional. They stepped in without hesitation and provided truly five-star service, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Both Brian and Austin deserve to be recognized for their excellent customer service and willingness to help when it was most needed. Thank you so much! I will never use Uhaul again, but I am grateful that these guys take pride in their work.

Jessica PI was surprised that a fairly newer vehicle with lower miles than I expected had a transmission issue. I will say the response to the issue was good and quick but it still was super inconvenient and I had to unload a whole truck into another truck with my buddy and this was a huge head ache. I do think due to this inconvenience I am entitled to some cost off of my rental for this issue that was out of my control when my expecatations of having a smooth trip were derailed.
