SAMUEL AI have rented U-Hauls twice earlier this year from a 'dealership.' This storage facility experience was cleaner, kinder, calmer. I am a 70-yr old tiny woman and Iris (the manager) as she adjusted my outside mirrors, said "I believe in you." : ) and all went well.
MICHELLE VI have friends who have rented before and they had told me that the equipment had a Dolly for heavy objects and unfortunately the one I rented did not have it.

JEFFREY CCannot recommend this location enough. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the store is always clean, and the equipment selection is great. For my recent cross-country move, I rented a truck and auto transport. The truck was perfect, but once we got my car on the auto transport, we realized we weren't going to be as comfortable driving it as we initially planned. The staff at this location went above and beyond to help us return the trailer at the last minute. Their willingness to work with my schedule and top notch customer service was immensely appreciated! We ran into some bad weather and strong winds during our drive, which would have been very difficult to navigate with the auto transport. Thanks to their flexibility, my move was a success.
