Location was great; rental was outrageously expensive. Your odometer is off and the end mileage was much more than I actually drove. $1 per mile is highway robbery, especially when your odometer readings are faulty.

This location and owner was amazing. However when we went to pick up the truck the website was not working at it took us 45 minutes to get the code to unlock the truck. This is on Uhaul NOT this location.

This survey is only about the location, not about my experience with UHAUL which happened to be awful. I was unable to use the UHAUL app on my Android device. If I had not had an iPhone, I would not have been able to rent the truck. Further, all the photographs required by the application seemed and felt like "hoops" to jump through.

First of all i went there well before the closing time and there was no one there...the place was CLOSED. Then i started instructions on my phone based on the key drop instructions. I have punch in the mileage and fuel instructions first. But that’s not it, i have to take photos of the mileage and fuel. If i was going to take the photos; what’s the point of entering data first. Then i have to take photos of the cab, inside, outside. Not happy
