Service Advance Trac brake warning light needs serviced
Paul WI did the "self service" drop off because I left the trailer after hours. That process was SO EASY and incredibly convenient--Uhaul has an excellent platform for self-service!
MICHAEL MIt was a self return so the personnel question doesn’t relate.
Stacie JThe steering in this truck is way off it is like you have to “swerve” to get it to go straight. Also the dolly and utility dolly was not in the truck.
Amanda LCan’t think of anything needing improvement. These folks were friendly, skilled and really helped me get this trailer set up right for the journey. The office manager was really friendly and helpful and the trailer pro’s (Chase and Jose) were great. I’m really glad to know about this U-Haul business near BV. Thanks !
JOSEPH SFloor mats were rather dirty (dirt and gravel), but the remainder of the truck was great.
ROBERT BEverything was great at the location pickup. It was the reservation access that missed a step somewhere. I was told that the vehicle could be picked up early through the app, but that was not the case, and we had to delay our pickup until the physical location was open.

Keitha Gtruck and trailer was dirty and cruddy and I got charged a cleaning fee because in part the outside of the truck and trailer was dirty. Pretty sad when there is nobody there to give you the keys to the unit and go over the initial inspection of the unit together, we did not get the dolly that I had reserved, the truck quit running on the trip, 30 minutes from picking it up. could not get the unit to start for 4 hours.
Timothy RThe staff was kind and helpful, but the truck itself was a danger to anyone on the road. Being as this location is an auto repair shop we were surprised to see the truck have SO many issues.

FRANK DI dropped off after hours and it was easy to find.

Michael SI ordered an appliance dolly that was not with the rental unit. I had to call customer service to arrange pickup of the dolly at another location near our destination. It added some time and mileage to our bill total, but CS got it arranged for me
Tim DDropped off on a holiday so the location was closed.
CALVIN HI had to use a 21' truck instead of a 10' I had ordered because a U-Haul did not deliver the truck on time. This was not the fault of the person at the location, but still.

Brittney PThis place was a dump. U hual re-routed as to where I was orginally suppose to drop off my truck. The guy behind the desk did not want to get up and go check in my truck. He said that was the mechanic jobs. I ask where the mechanic was and he said don't know but somewhere on the property. I asked him to call him and he told me couldn't. i finally went out and video every inch incase they came back and said there was damage. Because there wasn't.
ROBERT GThe trailer we rented had a horrible shake whenever you drive over 20 mph. Had to deal with it for over four hours of driving.
KEITH BWhen we dropped off the trailer first of all, it was difficult to figure out with whom to check in with. There was a uninterested young girl in an office that took no interest in checking on the condition of the trailer nor the blankets that we returned. The parking facility was a mud hole. When my recent credit card bill came there was a charge from this U Haul location for $100.00. I tried unsuccessfully on several occasions to contact them for an explanation of these charges. They never responded. I finally contacted Go U Haul and found out that I was charged $100 to clean mud off of the trailer. Really? It was a little hard to avoid mud since the weather had been rainy, and their own parking area was muddy. But once I contacted Go U Haul, I then miraculously received a call from some guy in Colorado who acted like he was returning my call. He confirmed that the $100 charge was to clean mud off the trailer. I expressed that the charge was excessive to simply take a hose and rinse off some mud. He actually agreed with me but stated that he couldn't do anything about it. Again, really? How about refunding most if not all of that $100? But perhaps this is U Haul's business practice to encourage their partner facilities to make unfair charges to a customer's account. IDK. At any rate, I am thoroughly disgusted with the Buena Vista, CO location and with U Haul overall.

JOHN HThey charged me $153 to refill uhaul and when I called in because I was not aware this was a thing lady on the phone was incredibly rude and then I was charged $30 for having the uhaul and additional day when I s tu ally turned it in early. Lady on phone was not helpful at all
Ryan SThe service at this location was excellent. Girls in the office were quick and helpful. I ran into some issues with my receiver hitch and the staff were very accommodating and helping me get sorted away and on the road. Without their help I would still be sitting there.

Sean GDrop-off location was OK. There were places to park/drop-off the trailer, and the location was clearly signed. I would not rate it as “clean and inviting” - it was just a parking lot. But it served the. Purpose fine. We dropped off after hours, so did not interact with UHaul personnel.
Thomas BAnytime I’m required to use the app to rent a uhaul it is a disaster and takes over 45 minutes to get the app to upload everything. The technology needs improvements in order to be efficient.

Penny FThe location where I picked up the truck was great. I had major issues even getting a truck and had to drive 3 hours from where I live and then had to wait 4 hours once I got there. Uhaul did give me a discount in the price of the truck but it seems that if you dont have any trucks that you should get more.

Richard LWe dropped off after hours. For a first time user, it was a somewhat clunky experience, but got it figured out. My poor data reception made it a little challening. But overall, being able to do a "one-way" move was incredibly helpful and beneficial!

Brandon LOnly complaint was they said to unhook and I was good to go and they would check the trailer in shortly. Finally got it checked in two days after I dropped it off (dropped it off during business hours).

Kathleen BLocation was closed on Saturday, suprisingly, for a tourist town. Could not determine if dropoff was proper due to geo-locate issues so I made an extra physical visit to facility a few days after my drop-off deadline just to check if all was done correctly, which fortunately, the helpful attendant told me it was. Location looks a little more like an RV and car storage lot than a u-haul lot with no good signs directing what to do , unlike most locations. Still, it was only drop off location in BV so I assumed it was correct. Better signage and drop off directions would help.
