Only complaint was they said to unhook and I was good to go and they would check the trailer in shortly. Finally got it checked in two days after I dropped it off (dropped it off during business hours).

Kathleen B.Location was closed on Saturday, suprisingly, for a tourist town. Could not determine if dropoff was proper due to geo-locate issues so I made an extra physical visit to facility a few days after my drop-off deadline just to check if all was done correctly, which fortunately, the helpful attendant told me it was. Location looks a little more like an RV and car storage lot than a u-haul lot with no good signs directing what to do , unlike most locations. Still, it was only drop off location in BV so I assumed it was correct. Better signage and drop off directions would help.
