It was after hours when I dropped off the vehicle. I call the number for the drop off location and did not get a return call. There was no key drop off at the location. I was at the drop off location at 710 pm and no one was there. I called the national phone number since the Collierville location was also closed. After remaining on hold for quite some time, I was able to speak with an agent. She was nice and helpful. I had to leave the key under the driver's seat and leave the passenger side unlocked. All in all the drop off was more time consuming and difficult than it should have been. I expect it would have been better if someone was on duty.

I would recommend this location but otherwise the experience beyond this particular location was very bad. Got a call Sunday night that our previously booked pickup for Monday morning was not available so had to scramble last minute to find an alternative.

This facility was very clean and tidy, as well as inviting. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He was also very apologetic for the truck being so dirty even though he had no control over it. He was awesome!
