The Rental Pickup Location was very nice, and accommodating. Super nice, very helpful However, that is NOT where we had initially reserved the truck and trailer. We initially reserved the truck and trailer in Chicopee, 12 days prior. UHaul did not call us the day before to explain (as they said they would) that Chicopee didn't have the truck and trailer, I had to call them. The woman was not very nice on the phone (Tiffany). I explained that driving to Southwick was over 30 miles 1 way from our home (60 miles round trip), I asked if there was anyplace closer at all (an yplace, even towards Worcester). She kept saying "that's all we have, nothing is guaranteed, even if you reserve it". While the truck and trailer seemed to be fine, obviously IT WAS NOT. The breakdown of the trailer in Jonesboro, PA was really terrible. We had to suspend our trip, utilize my car I was towing and follow the UHaul truck over 500 miles to get to our destination and we were late for the property closing we had. I had to spend money to gas up my car. The whole reason for towing it was because it was not something I wasn't sure it would make the trip all that way. Your Uhaul repair vendor from Blatt and Tiller was excellent but we had to tow the defunct trailer to their location and drop it off, and I had to follow with my Buick and then continue onto Greeneville TN. We have another reservation with Uhaul for our second trip with all our belongings TO Greeneville TN, but we are thinking we might need to utilize a different company at this point.
