Zachary WThe truck was clean good to drove. But the back door opening and pulling down was very hard to do into you get it going. It was a hard spot on shutting it at the very end.

Christina HCouldn’t find us in the system even though they were the location listed on our paperwork. We were charged $33 for fuel even though the reservation information said that 70 some miles were included.
Carrie FCab was dirty. Immediately on starting the truck a fuel cap warning light came on. The truck clearly had not been properly checked or serviced. We ordered 2 dollies and a furniture dolly. The furniture dolly was not supplied.
Terence JThe lady was very friendly and helpful but this location is super confusing. First, it's a storage facility and there's no UHauls so it seems like the wrong place. Second, the facility is huge and is on two properties across the street from each other with multiple gated entrances. Lastly, it's not very convenient for a long UHaul at all!
Melissa ZMaybe have the drop off location not be a third party? When I walked into the building to drop off the truck with my dad, the person at Alliance Springfield Storage said "you need to return the truck through the app. I'll help you this time." She didn't help me.
