The truck was dirty chips and food all over the floorboard had to get the guy to clean it out before I left then the return process was very slow it took 10-15 minutes and I was the only person there.

I was given a truck with less than a 16th of a tank, barely enough to get to a gas station and told that the minimum tank level on return to avoid extra charges was 1/4 tank. That doesn't seem fair for me to be held responsible for the previous renter not putting gas in the tank. That should be on him or your company, not me but since the lowest option on the paperwork was 1/4 tank and I needed the truck I didn't really have an option.

Not this location's fault. I had originally scheduled the pick-up in Hobbs New Mexico, the day before my scheduled pick up, I received a call that the truck was not available in Hobbs New Mexico, and I could pick it up in Lubbock Texas (where I live) and that everything would be ready to go at 8am, prior to the store opening. The code never came through to me, but luckily the store personnel was already at the store and assisted. Unfortunately, he basically had to redo the entire reservation, because when the pickup was changed to Lubbock Texas, they did not allow for the extra mileage or anything else that should have been done, once U-Haul had to change my reservation. I ended up being an hour behind my scheduled departure time, due to U-Hauls issues!!!! Extremely disappointed and will not use U-Haul in the future.

Hey, this was so fast and hassle free! Chase took charge and directed where to deliver the empty trailer. Drove-up, Chase walked-up, directed me, unhook the trailer, thanked me and sent me on my way! Easy-peasy! I’ll be back! A+ and 10+!

The back of the truck was full of potting soil left by the previous renters; thus I had to waste my movers time to sweep out the entire truck with enough soil to fill a very large pot. This location refused to allow any sort of discount for my overall purchase. Even though if I had left it full of soil I would have been charged the $25 cleaning fee. This location is running an inefficient service with poor management.

I have been with Allies for over 2 decades with one large climate-controlled unit and during that time had to rent another medium climate controlled ffor 5 years. The place was always clean, staff courteous and available eve after hours. After this long, it is like Allie's is my family! I truste them completely! Very poor job with keeping track of payments. If you don’t keep records they will say you need to pay. Will call after you’ve already paid and send emails. Very annoying and something you shouldn’t have to deal with.

Very Responsive and helpful staff. They are friendly as well. I would use this storage location again if I have the need. Dust is a problem, but that’s an issue across this region of Texas, keep your stuff covered as necessary.
