We were asked to haul a trailer to the Plano location in exchange for additional mileage, rental time, and a small credit. We were happy to accommodate the request and appreciated the consideration provided. Unfortunately, we later discovered that one of the trailer tires was dangerously underinflated. We had already traveled more than 100 miles before discovering the problem. Fortunately, my son was following behind us and noticed that one of the trailer tires appeared lower than the other while under load, prompting us to stop and check it. The trailer tires are rated for a maximum pressure of 65 psi. When we checked the suspect tire, it had only 28 psi, less than half of its rated pressure. As you are aware, operating a loaded trailer at highway speeds with a tire this severely underinflated creates a significant safety hazard. At highway speeds, it might have led to tread separation or a catastrophic blowout. This could have resulted in a loss of control of both the trailer and tow vehicle. We were extremely fortunate that my son happened to be following us, noticed the problem, and brought it to our attention before a tire failure occurred. The trailer should have been inspected, including verification of tire pressures, before it was released to us for a highway trip. Once we inflated the tire to the rated pressure, it held for the remainder of the trip, indicating it was not a puncture or a leak. This oversight represents a substantial and avoidable safety issue, particularly when a customer is being asked to transport the trailer more than 300 miles.

ZizUr II returned the truck within 24 hours and I was being billed for the entire week even after I told several customer service agents that I returned the truck last week. They told me the invoice was open. I show up at the location and told them I returned the truck and told them to check their cameras as I also put the key in the box outside of the office. They did see someone come at 2am two mornings after and stole the truck .
