This location needs to hire more competent employees that have general knowledge on how things work such as strapping vehicles down etc…and get rid of the ones that have poor attitudes and aren’t willing to learn. I will say all management for the most part are awesome from Joe the owner to Mike the district manager(or whatever his position is)all the way down to Rico the store manager,

Bob RThe windshield was covered in dried and dead bugs making it difficult to drive. Additionally, all of the cupholders in the truck were dirty and sticky. When picking up the truck we decided to change the drop off location to another town to save some money. When dropping the truck off at the new drop off location they were very hesitant to taking the truck and almost made me drive back to where I came from and charge the original amount prior to the discount for the different drop off location.
