The windshield was covered in dried and dead bugs making it difficult to drive. Additionally, all of the cupholders in the truck were dirty and sticky. When picking up the truck we decided to change the drop off location to another town to save some money. When dropping the truck off at the new drop off location they were very hesitant to taking the truck and almost made me drive back to where I came from and charge the original amount prior to the discount for the different drop off location.

I dropped off after hours so I had no interaction with the staff
James NIt would be nice to have an 800 number to call instead of having to use a QR code. When I mentioned it I was told I had to use the QR code only, and the one guy told me I could hitchhike if I had a problem. I was traveling alone and him telling me I could hitchhike was not very nice. I was a little offended. The Uhaul that I had was the bumpiest Uhaul that I have ever driven. It was a rough ride from Lubbock to Grand Rapids.
