Location was EXCELLENT! U-Haul, needs to figure out inventory control. When I reserved an appliance dolly. There should be an appliance dolly at the location. Or the system should ask if I want to move the reservation to a location with an appliance dolly. I clearly needed one because I reserved one but like the Seinfield episode, I am not sure U-Haul knows how to keep a reservation.
