I returned the truck within 24 hours and I was being billed for the entire week even after I told several customer service agents that I returned the truck last week. They told me the invoice was open. I show up at the location and told them I returned the truck and told them to check their cameras as I also put the key in the box outside of the office. They did see someone come at 2am two mornings after and stole the truck .

ELLA WI cannot assess this location other than to say it was easy to find and they kicked out a post check in receipt by the next day. The location was closed when I returned the truck and tow dolly and there was no one to interact with. The site looked well kept and orderly so my assessment is based on those things.
