total scam... I returned it full, picked it up at 3/4's - don't rent from haul. I was SOOO overcharged. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT... All the emails they send are NO REPLY... I asked them this: Can you itemize this please- From my accounting it should be: 25.55 gas as I left it full and picked it up at 3/4 full I OVER paid for gas $19.95 as I only had it for one day (half a day- not 2) So 19.95 NOT 39.90 $19.35 for the insurance at only one day, not 2, so NOT 38.70 This totals: 25.55 19.95 19.35 = $64.85 NOT $51.41 Please correct or justify. Atharva NWhen I went to pick up the truck it was covered in snow and buried in about 3-4 feet of snow. I have pictures to prove it. It took about 20-30 minutes of moving it back and forth to get it unstuck. It was terrible experience and I can’t believe I had to pay money for such a poor service.

There was a broken mirror and glass all over the back and a wood cabinet left in the back. We paid almost $400 for the worst uhaul experience I have ever had!!!
