Very helpful staff, but I received a call from U-Haul six hours after I returned the equipment asking if I was planning on returning the equipment the next day. Told her I returned it that morning, I guess they hadn’t checked it in yet

It’s ridiculous that a 9x12 trailer doesn’t have a tongue jack. Once loaded, I could not dismount the trailer to go into town once I reached my destination…
