You ask … so I am sharing. I was so disappointed. I booked my truck for 8:30 at the 51 location. I was moved to a store. We go to the store with no directions and the store is closed. We call u haul and can’t get through. We drive back to the 51 location and told to use an app. Good thing we are ok good with technology. It felt like we were trying to get into an escape room!! I expected to go to the store get the truck keys and go. This was very far from the experience. The truck was all muddy inside and good thing it didn’t rain the whipper was all messed up. When we returned the truck we needed to go through all of these steps again with the app. Absolutely crazy. I will not get a truck from u haul again ! Moving in and of itself is stressful and this made it much worse
