I had to walk throw dirty muddy water to get to the truck in the rain. No one came help. I was also over charged for the truck rental.
Erica RAlonzo Jefferson location wasn’t marked, had to speak with the owner of the convenience store adjacent to the grass lot where the U-Haul was to be parked. Attempted to call contact numerous times, no answer, contact returned call half an hour after dropping off truck. Contact charged us for 2 gallons of gas when unit was returned with more gas in it then when we picked it up…we have pictures to support. This location is very un-professional to work with
