The center console was in the up position hiding the uncleanliness of a previous renter. The truck was not properly cleaned before i rented it. It is basically a brand new truck, but a previous renter has smoked in it. You can smell it. A cigar also fell out from something while on my trip. I dont smoke, so it’s not mine. I assume the white powder residue on the console is the ash from the previous renters cigar. A previous renter also spilled a drink in the center console area. I had to do a quick clean just to use it. It was pretty disgusting. I do have a picture of this. It should be properly cleaned before the next rental. I am trying to be honest and let you know so that you can take care of it. If i get charged for this. I will be beyond furious.

LOUIS AYour system has a lot of flaws it took 1 hr to get a truck,and then when we were given the key ,we had to drive around the lot to find the truck to the key that was given to us,Al the child their were trucks parked out side of the office,the truck that was given to us was banded on the inside of the grounds of the storage lot, if I need a truck again I would still use you company again, but you need to do better on getting the prossive done more quickly.
MICHAEL RThe gentleman behind the counter wasn't the friendliest, nor was he very knowledgeable about my rental. Our pickup location was moved a few days prior to the rental and I had already spoken to someone about the change, if it would affect cost, etc. but he kept saying I should have asked more questions because what I was told wasn't correct. He didn't go out of his way to try and help either.

TOMIA RVery disappointed in the lack of communication. I requested a appliance dolly. It was not with the truck when I went to pick up. There was not one available so it was just taken off without notifying me. Had issues with the online pick up. will not use again. Not work the money spent.

GIOVANNI WThis place is has a hill and a very small parking lot. Was unable to load up the car onto the auto transport trailer. Had to go to a different U-Haul location to upload the vehicle.
MICHAEL DThe person who registered me was really rude and not helpful.She has no customer service skills at all, even she has worked there for years.I know because I also has a storage unit there for 4 years now. They had no moving equipment available. We had to load our furniture without a dolly smh

James HThe U-Haul "Rent A Van for $19.95" ad campaign is extremely misleading and is a detriment to your company. This being said for someone who rented a van for one day, for local use and was charged $113.00.
John CThe dolly I got was busted up in May different places and held together with zip ties! I was desperate so I too it anyway! The dolly was very old and ramps were stiff.

Willie MSince we had to wait over an hour to get the code to get the key to the truck, it would be helpful Uhual had warned me ahead of time of my driver's delinquent bill. Having booked 2-3 weeks in advance, Uhual had plenty of time to notify me to resolve this. We had a 7 hour drive ahead of us in addition to loading. Not happy about it. Also, not happy Uhual changed my pick-up location 10 more miles out of the way 2 days before we got the truck stating my preferred location didn't have the correct size. Well, it just so happens that day I had driven by my preferred location that had multiple trucks in my requested size sitting in their lot. Not an overall good expereice with Uhual and I'm not a happy customer. Oh, and there was no dolly and it only had 1/4 tank of gas for a long drive ahead. Uhual should do better.

TRENTON BTerrible experience. The app for checkin wouldn't allow me to take pictures of the truck. The hand truck I ordered was not in the truck. When I dropped the truck off the app again would not let me take pictures and kicked me out. The truck was terrible and did not run well. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer support just to check the truck out for use
Jared SFirst van I tried to rent had a wet urine spot in the driver seat and smelled disgusting. Was switched to a truck but that was disgusting smelling as well but at least the seats weren’t fabric. The trucks need to be wiped down inside between rentals for basic sanitation. I used disinfectant wipes to clean basic surfaces and it was filthy! Now I feel like I have some type of cold virus. Yuck!
TRINA RAt the drop-off location the U-Haul attendant had a horrible attitude. Due to the attendant cleaning vehicles, I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in the vehicle. This was a horrible experience. I will never rent from U-haul again.
Jerry LThe first truck I was issued had a tire that the tread was worn down to the wear bars indicating it needed replacement and also had two large and deep maybe ten to fifteen inch gashes in the tread the larger one close to the inner edge of the tread. Then the second truck was dirty. The windshield was very hazy on the inside and there was trash including a medical needle under the driver seat from the previous renter. The employees were understanding about having the first truck switched out but it never should have had to happen if it had been inspected and the second truck should have been cleaned properly.
Steven cThis is my favorite location to rent a truck, though twice I had to go to other locations because they did not have the cargo van available once, and another time I needed a ten ft. truck. Ms. Molly is my favorite Rep.

Rachida KMy original res. was for return to same location but for unseen reason I had to drop in FTL. I was advised it would be more expensive which I understand- but they could no my find reservation( trailer I drooped) etc . I had to have my sister go to the drop off location because the uhal in GA stated the location I dropped to could not find the trailer and that I needed to call and handle it. They found it when she went there but they never checked it back in( so it showed i was late returning it) so i got billed $800 for a one way car hauler...( i except some responsibility for not following the guy in and getting my final bill...lesson learned) I get it cost more because they have to get it back to the original location but the guy who checked me in never advised me what the cost was going to be and in fact never came back after taking the info and was suppose to enter it in the system..

Johnny HThe lady at the front desk is not a pleasant person. Her customer service is not the greatest very nonchalant attitude came off as being unpleasant towards people who don't look like her. I have rented from many locations; this was the worst customer service I received. I will not rent from this location again. Overall the truck was good.

Roderick BTrailor leaked water onto our belongings. It was obvious after we looked on the top that some type of tar had been put around the edge prior to our rental. This trailer should have never been allowed to rent. Many of our belongings was ruined from water damage!
