This place is has a hill and a very small parking lot. Was unable to load up the car onto the auto transport trailer. Had to go to a different U-Haul location to upload the vehicle.

The person who registered me was really rude and not helpful.She has no customer service skills at all, even she has worked there for years.I know because I also has a storage unit there for 4 years now. They had no moving equipment available. We had to load our furniture without a dolly smh
