Your requirement to photograph 4 sides of truck, etc.,and submit photos is problematic at app level (time outs and no recovery from timeouts). I did as recommended and called rental location, no answer and left message, no return call from message. I did record and save to phone all photos if needed.

DEREK RThe customer service and location were excellent. However, I reserved a dolly online, but they didn't have one when I went to pick up.. A dolly should be standard when you rent a truck. Otherwise the process was easy. The price for rental fair.
