I arrived on a day the business was closed. I had to return that day, but no one was there. The space is really hard to navigate when you are not used to pulling a trailer, backing up a trailer etc. I tried to remove the trailer and move it by hand but struggled with the slope of the lot. I know it's not reasonable to think it would be a pristine situation, just my feedback.REBECCA C.
We had trouble from the beginning. The "dude" taking my order in person acted like he didn't care much his job. When I tried to log on, he had written my email down incorrectly so we had to go in a second time to fix it. When my wife went to pick up the truck, he had put us down for a much bigger truck then we needed so then we got charged more. The on-line thing was a fiasco. We would like a refund for half of this since that is what I was quoted for a shorter trucktim B.

We had to drive 40 extra miles to Glenwood Springs when there was a Parachute location. This rating system is for location and equipment, which were fine. Was was abysmal was the order not delivered as agreed. No 20 foot truck, instead a 15 foot plus trailer. Extra mileage, extra gas, extra HUGE hassle. Also, no dollys available that were ordered. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING. Corporate either needs to assure orders are completed as promised, or DO NOT PROMISE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL, AND WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.nancy G.

On Sunday I had problems seeing my phone screen to complete. Zack was there on a wrecker run. Absolutely an amazing guy. He helped me through it all. And the guy who I worked at Lowe's with is amazing too. So nice and helpful throughout the whole process.KELLY A.

this has nothing to do with this location or the drop off location the reservation experience once again is horrible. if there were competition you would lose your customers . 2 years in a row i have reserved a trailer weeks in advance only to find out ..in a text the night before pickup that the trailer was either unavailable or in this case 2 hours away from my location and then ultimately unavailable. what is the point of a reservation? you obviously don't look at them. i passed through multiple other locations that i could have picked up what i needed and drug it along my trip just to have what i needed.mike D.

I can't express how frustrating it was working with this location. The lot is a disaster for starters. I had a two day rental and attempted to drop off the trailer portion of my rental - as I didn't need it anymore - and the people at this location not only wouldn't answer their phone they wouldn't accept the trailer back. They man at the desk told me that he was unwilling to take it and that I had to "figure it out or drive 30 minutes to another location." This is despite the fact that I tried calling the location only to get person in service who told me he couldn't help me cause he was service and not the U-Haul department. Their desks are literally in the same lobby. I even called the U-Haul reservations number and they assured me they would take it back no problem and that their was a spot on the lot. I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. They are incredibly unhelpful and condescending.Brian T.

Checking in with you all is really strange. Last time I did it on the app, and someone called up and said I needed to give him a copy of my lease which was a problem since I don't have one. This time I needed to show my driver's license which is fine but I'd already uploaded it. The check-in system seems unnecessarily complicated. The truck was underpowered and I had to put in seven and a half gallons for 100 mi of driving, half of which was empty and all of which was on the highway. The location is fineJames W.

We had our reservation canceled twice prior to today. When we went in today, they had a box trailer reserved for us instead of the utility trailer we reserved. We were able to take a utility trailer out at the last minute, but had to bring it back by early afternoon, since it was reserved for 2 pm. This inconvenienced us and put a lot of pressure on us to rush and complete our errands in a few hours. I would not use or recommend UHaul again.David M.
I will never ever again recommend U-Haul to anybody. Your customer service averages 45 minutes on hold and your customer service agents just pass you from person to person. Horrible experience top to bottom. I will make sure and post on every social media feed I have how horrible U-Haul is to deal with.chris W.

Not offering parking for me was inconvenient. Went down the street to park by a apartment complex. Wasn't too far but just not what I planned on. The vehicle itself was not clean on the inside. I didn't care cause I'm just using it for the day but it was odd. What did bother me was the pictures of the truck were from the summer so I had to dispute all pics and upload current ones. Again, not a huge thing but annoying to me. I do love the online checkin aspect of it. Great technology. They helped me get the truck out as it was sitting on ice and wouldn't move without some salt behind the tires.Adam K.
