Truck had enough gas to make it about 20 miles. When braking it would shake pretty bad. Software wouldn't let me upload photos - had to call for support which is fine. Software for photos requires you to back way up for side photos and parking lot / other cars did not allow for this. Otherwise, and overall, got the job done.

Kent MThe truck was ready to go but tank was 3/4 full and not full so when finishing the use of the truck refilled to 3/4. So as long as truck is not expected returned to full when on 3/4 at the beginnig--that is fine

Omar LThe uhaul website and application were difficult to use and seem to be buggy. It kept adding things to my order that I didn’t wanna order, and select selected for these things to be shipped, which made no sense at all. The dealer did not have some of the materials that were ordered.
