Watch out. The 24hr charge is the same as 12hrs. But, if you book 12 and ask to return in less than 24hrs you get charge a double charge. Seems like fraud. I’m checking with DORA

I returned the vehicle with more gas than it had when I picked it up, and was STILL charged for gas. I had a lot to do so I just left to get my move going, since there were several customers waiting in the office. After making 5 different attempts to contact the office to let them know about the gas situation, without ever getting an answer, I finally said screw it. The guy I checked the vehicle out from said there was 3/8 of a tank, and it was honestly barely a hair over 1/4. As well, the rear door roller broke on me and would not close. For some reason I was charged a cleaning fee when the vehicle was just as clean as when I received it. I'm guessing the reason I was charged for cleaning is because I left the blankets in the cab instead of folding them back into the bag, since I could lock the cab doors up, being that the rear roller door was broken. The extra fees were only around $40, but it is the principle of the matter. I know without any doubt I returned the vehicle with 3/8 of a tank since that's what the office said was in it when I got it. No idea how/why I was still charged for an extra 3 gallons. I've rented a truck here a couple times, and have never had an issue until now. Take pictures and videos is all I can say, thought I did but for some reason my video did not save to my phone, of course...

Luis OI would recommend the location, however our reservation when we arrived was not correct. The counter person said he could not fix it, we had to call the home office in Denver. After three phone calls it was finally corrected. It should not take 45 minutes to get a vehicle when you have an appointment. This glitch put us behind all day. Very stressful.
Kathryn MReturned the unit just before the location closed for the day. They helped unhitch the trailer from the vehicle, but failed to check in the trailer, so I was billed for an after hours check in and an extra day. Needed to call them a few times before someone actually answered the phone. Once they realized their error, a credit was issued.
