The first guy was very accommodating and answered all my questions very accurately. The last guy when dropping off only said "any problems" and nothing more. When the paperwork was done he said I would get an email. He did not offer to unhook the trailer or even tell me what to do with it. I guess I could have just driven off with it but I offered to park it wherever he wanted it. I unhooked it myself and rolledup the harness and chains cleanly for the next renter.

It was rated poor because I reserved a vehicle at an outlet 5 minutes from my home and this one was more than an hour away.

2different places to pick up truck and car carrier. First pick up 90 miles away second pick up 20 miles fro first. Both closed at 5 pm went to one to p/u truck, truck not there drove to 2nd to fill out paperwork before they closed then back to 1st to finally get truck and back to 2nd to get auto carrier. Many extra miles that were waived by drop off location after explained the fiasco. Glad we do not have to deal with uhaul of Colorado again

the staff at this location that day were all extremely unwelcoming, unpleasant and grumpy. it was very uncomfortable to work with them. also the van i rented was dirty and had burger king trash left from the previous customer. i will definitely NOT return to that U-Haul location for my rental needs in the future.

We purchased a box of paper along with 4 book boxes and 3 medium boxes with the understanding that anything not used could be returned at our destination when we turn in the truck and trailer. We kept the receipt given and did not need the paper, 2 book boxes and 1 medium box. At our destination we were told that we could only return the unused supplies to the location where they were purchased without an official U Haul receipt. We used the only receipt we were given and found this to be very frustrating as we relied on being given correct information that would be valid with all of your locations. I will file a separate complaint with the corporate office. Loosing good will for $28 worth of supplies is incredibly short sighted.

The man in the store would not even talk to me. After waiting for him to help two other customers (for car repairs) he told me to just drop off trailer. Would not give me a receipt to show I had returned it.

I scheduled a 6'×12' trailer for pick up on Sunday in gypsum and everything was ready to go. Saturday I double check my reservation and it says that I was now booked for the next trailer size down. Not going to work. I called around, there was nothing available except for in Glenwood Springs after I was told there was a trailer reserved and available. Finally, Jay found a trailer available in the size I needed located in Glenwood Springs. It was 2:15 on Satirday. We were told by "Jay" that the GS location would be closing at 3 but was open on sunday if we wanted to pick it up on sunday. Okay that would work. I call to make sure that our reservaton was actually booked for Sunday so I wouldn't drive an hour and it ending up not being ready. When calling the uhaul reservation number again to switch my pick up time from Saturday at 3pm to(closing) to 9am on Sunday, we were now told the Glenwood Sprigs location was not open on sunday. Now it's 2:30 and I'm an hour away from Glenwood Springs and if I don't have the trailer picked up by 3pm I'm out of luck. Thank you, Jay for false information. I called the reservation number again and told them we were on our way and going to be late. They said nonproblem. Not knowing this was the general customer service line and not the Glenwood Springs location, we never spoke to anyone actually from the GS location, where they failed to pass along the message that I was going to be late. When we showed up at 3:20 in Glenwood the store was closed and a man happened to be walking out of the shop to leave for the day. He had NO IDEA I was coming to pick up the trailer I had reserved and customer service never told Don that we were coming or going to be late. He was kind enough to stay late on a SATURDAY to help see my reservation through. I'm very disappointed at the lack of communication and desire to help your customers by the Avon CO, location as well as the general customer service booking agents. Everyone I talked to had mixed information and it was a cluster. Thank you Don in Glenwood Springs for being helpful and taking time out of your day to make up for others lack of communication and poor customer service.

We were scheduled to drop off in Carbondale Co. they did not accept trailers. Had to drive an additional 10 miles to a different town to drop off. Carbondale location needs to be updated on website.

1. Clerk added on Insurance to my bill without asking. He said it was because the truck had to be picked up off site. He had discussed the bill (inquiring whether or not the client wanted insurance) with the customer in line in front of me. 2. Mileage was off - I took image of dashboard to record mileage when I picked up the truck. Bill came back to me with higher mileage charge but no explanation on invoice. When I raised the mileage discrepancy, I asked for credit back & clerk lamented about how he could not run a credit but would have to re-do entire contract, commenting on fact that the difference was only $1.50.
