The transmission was definitely having issues, and hence power was lacking because it wouldn’t shift at appropriate times. I’m not complaining so much as letting you know. Secondly, the passenger door required slamming, and I mean hard slamming, to close all the way. I also found two very old plastic water bottles buried way back under the passenger seat, one of which was growing something nasty inside. I didn’t dare touch them. And lastly, the return process through the App was excessively arduous. This isn’t the location’s fault obviously but should be addressed if you want my business more frequently vs renting from local locations that trust their repeat “loyal” customers more than UHaul apparently.

DONALD RBecause I won’t be recommending U-Haul for any reason. This is the second time they have made a move excruciatingly awful. Wrong size truck was sent, so I had to get a trailer behind that took two extra hours of driving just to get to load. And now U-Haul is trying to charge me mileage. I’m exhausted, pissed off and broke.
