I ordered a 20 ft truck over a month ago when I arrived all they had was a 26 ft. It was on a f650 truck it was huge. I had trouble parking it where I needed to at both of my moving sites. When I called uhaul they said they couldn’t do anything and were very unhelpful. Something similar happened last time I rented from uhaul. I had to drive an extra 20 miles to pick up a different truck. Get it together. Do better

This kind gesture helped me to have peace-of-mind as I deal with my electronics and email access while traveling. They even went the extra mile to help me strap down my luggage. Will definitely use Uhaul again!
erica pThis was way too expensive. The things that I moved weren’t even worth $390. I will never do it again. Plus the agent in the front desk scared the shit out of me. He intimidated me and made me think that I was going to have an accident. I returned the equipment in perfect condition with no flaws. I want at least half refund back. Because for a local person to pay $390 to move their things from one house to another is a total rip off! I was stressed out of my mind until I got that vehicle back. PS the guy at the front desk had the most disgusting appearance his teeth looked like a bad horror movie! Please get more professional people behind the counter. Next time I will go to enterprise.
