Well, sort of clean, and generally in working order, but the pick-up "inspection" was "sign here" rushed bad joke, so I took pictures of the existing damage (bent fenders), which proved necessary on check-in. Good old warrior trailer, towed well, but not new and shiny as implied in the contract. It had been a busy, snowy night in the mountains, so maybe they just hadn't had a good night's sleep? Sarcasm and grumpiness of the person slightly tainted the experience, but I survived, and got it done..

There was nowhere to even park in that tiny lot. I was told to park on the street and put the hazards on. Well there is no parking on the street as it’s a main boulevard

Tell them to go directly to the local dealers and avoid Denver hub/Corporate at all costs. Includes NOT using online reservations. I booked into Eagle office online and you totally disregarded my reservation, confirmed there were no trucks in my area a day 2 days before I moved and that I had to drive an hour (4 segments to p/u, then d/o) You FUCKED me! The local GWS was AWESOME! Stephanie, Rez Mngr in Denver, needs serious improvement in customer service skills. Alex was very helpful given her position.

The older gentleman who helped me check out was very kind and helpful! That whole process was pleasant. However, when I went to pull out of the incredibly small,disorganized, and overcrowded parking lot I had the opposite experience. This was basically an obstacle course but I was down for the challenge! I ended up getting between a flatbed and small car and didn’t feel comfortable pulling out of there without someone directing me. A gentleman came out who I believe was the other man working inside to “help me” but his whole demeanor was rude, impatient, and made me even more uncomfortable to try to get out of a tight spot. I said thank you and he literally said nothing. I’m giving this experience 1 less star than I want to because of the man who sort of helped me in the parking lot! I’d reccomend this place if you got to work with the man who checked me in (which he said wasn’t his usual job I think)

Don was rude and condescending when getting the truck and the next day when I came in to dispute the new receipt! He lied about the fuel tank being full. We traveled approximately 90 miles. The tank was at 7/8 full and we put 6.56 gallons into it and the fuel line was on the F line for full. When I tried to show him the receipt and explain this he yelled at me and kept pointing to the graph on the receipt saying it was only 3/4 full and we were charged an additional $18 .45 for gas! Unfortunately we did not think to take a picture! He also told me at the time that I got the truck that I would have the tax removed from the final receipt because we are a tax exempt organization doing charity work. When I spoke to customer service they said he could do that at the store. When I told him that he said he couldn't and that customer service will say anything. A horrible man and a horrible experience! I never want to use your company again!!

The man who work here are NEVER friendly. They also added Insurance without asking. When I reserved online I did not add it because I did not want it. They also do not do a walk around on the trucks.

Front door is hard to find due to covering over “open” sign. Employees very nice and helpful, but need to fix entrance confusion. Truck cab had dried liquids and residue on inside of door, dashboard, center console that had to be wiped off before use.

I got a charge for $18 for fuel charge. I took a picture when I parked it and it was exactly at a half tank. This kind of nickel and dime crap if pathetic. Did you really need to charge me extra for gas that I already put in.

The agent simply took the key and said he was swamped so he would email me the receipt. I was looking for the reassurance there would be no extra charge, which there wasn't.

Location called me day of saying the vehicle didn’t exists.. I drove by saw a vehicle then the shop said they were quadruple booked.. They did come through with the vehicle but I had to take it 6 hours befor my pick up time and stash it n a parking lot nearby..

are you fu--king kidding me. You have moving trucks and provide on ramp to load and unload. No one tells you at the service center there is no ramp on a moving truck. What idiot management made that decision. Let me gets this straight. its a moving truck. you rent to move furniture and request a dolly with the rental and NO ONE TELLS YOU THERE IS NO LOADING RAMP. Bizzzzzar!

The week prior to the event I was told there would be 100's of moving blankets in stock and that I would not need to put any on reserve. I called three days in advance of my reservation and both the Glenwood Springs and Carbondale locations had zero moving blankets. I had to scramble and get some from Gypsum which was not convenient and added additional stress on my end. In the future, I would prefer to make the reservation with moving blankets.
